CLAT LLM Syllabus and Eligibility

Ram Manohar Lohiya Na!onal Law University, Lucknow (RMLNLU) 9. In the comprehension section, candidates will be questioned on their understanding of the passage and its central theme, meanings of words used therein etc.

There will be 150 MCQ type questions with 2 hours duration and total marks containing 150. Those appearing in qualifying examination in March/April 2016 are also eligible to apply. Questions on current affairs will test candidate’s knowledge on current affairs.. Higher levels of autonomy granted to public sector undertakings have, in recent years, led regular recruitment year after year. Previous year question papers can be downloaded from CLAT website at the payment of Rs.

You will have to enter all the National Law Universities in order of preference, and this cannot be changed after results are announced.

But their limit is end with the age eligibility criteria.


CLAT 2016 Important Dates to Remember.

Looking at the entire preparation subject wise, here are the objectives and the work you need to put in to achieve them:

Constitutional Law 50
Jurisprudence 50
Other Law Subjects such as Contract, Torts, Criminal Law, International Law, Family Law, property Law, IPR etc. 50
Total 150

Law of Contracts Law of Torts Family Law Criminal Law Constitutional Law Legal Theory. Answer 3: The CLAT 2016 is conducted by the NLU’s Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab.. CLAT 2016 Information Brochure (not the application form) will also be accessible from the respective website of all the participating NLU(s). On rotational turn wise, by 16 National Law Universities conduct CLAT examination for PG /UG degree schedule.

AILET - All India Law Entrance Test conducted by NLU, Dwarka, Delhi .

NLUs shall also provide a mock test for CLAT 2016 preparation. The online CLAT counselling would take place after the declaration of CLAT 2016 result.

Candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with the minimum of 45% marks in case of candidates belonging to Unreserved/OBC/(Specially Abled Persons) Categories and 40% marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST Category..
